Employee Education

The Employee Education project conducted by ROMODROM, o.s. with participation of partner company APPN o.s., is being realized between February 2011 and January 2013 and focuses on the development of professional skills and qualifications of their employees through a complex and interconnected system of courses.

Project target group:

The target group consists of 25 Romodrom employees and 3 APPN employees.

Project goals (main, side):

• increase the employees´ language, professional, and communication skills
• team building
• develop the employees´ team skills
• provide the employees with sufficient education allowing for easier adaptability to new situations, work environment, etc., in case of job loss

Area of support (courses for employees):

• English language
• driver´s licence
• media training
• computer literacy and multimedia techniques courses
• sign language and the culture of deaf people
• Romani language and Roma culture
