Field Programmes
Since 2001, we provide our clients with support in dealing with difficult life situations in the form of field social work in their natural environment. We focus on integrating and promoting the rights of the Roma minority, the issue of socially excluded people and localities, and providing services concerning people who are serving a prison sentence. Social work with people serving a prison sentence is a specific area of our work, as we provide the services directly in the given prison and we can accompany the client after their release from incarceration as well. This service is of supraregional nature and focuses on stabilizing the client´s life and reducing the likelihood of recidivistic behaviour. Our work is based on the knowledge of local conditions of the places where we operate, and on connecting with local players in the field of social work and client support. We provide the service in 9 regions of the Czech Republic.

Professional Social Counselling
We provide professional services especially in the field of debt settlement, housing support, and employment. We focus on expert work on the issue of minorities and social exclusion, and on education and professional counselling services for our clients. We operate Debt Counselling Centres in the Pardubice and Liberec Region. We provide free professional debt counselling ranging from a basic identification of the debt situation, through communicating with distrainors, to legal advice. Our Debt Counselling Centres are certified and authorized to process, prepare, and submit a bankruptcy petition. In the field of housing and employment, we cooperate with local partners, lessors or homeowners, or employers who are willing to support the users of our services by cooperating with us.

Social Rehabilitation
Social rehabilitation is a set of activities leading to achieving people´s autonomy, independence, and self-sufficiency by developing their specific skills and abilities, strengthening habits, and practicing common activities necessary for an independent life. The Social Rehabilitation - Kitchenette service, which is being implemented at our branch in Slaný, helps users with creating a family budget, and includes going shopping with the user to buy financially available groceries and assist with the preparation of inexpensive meals for the family. It also deals with users´ various life situations (indebtedness, housing, employment, etc…).

Social Activation Services for Families with Children
Social activation services for families with children are designated for families where the child´s or children´s development is in danger due to the impacts of a long-term crisis social situation which the parents cannot overcome on their own without help, and where other risks endangering the child´s/children´s development exist. The social service is provided mainly in the user´s natural environment, that is in his/her household, or in public areas where the user commonly spends time, or at offices and other institutions, where the worker may accompany the user. The outpatient part takes place in the service´s offices. We provide the programme in the Central Bohemian Region.

Prison Programmes
The supraregional prison programme is a field social service with supraregional authority which focuses on people serving a prison sentence, people released from incarceration, and on their family members or close ones. The service primarily focuses on helping and supporting the client in adapting from the regime-based prison system to a common social and market environment, especially in terms of employment, housing, and finances. Furthermore, we focus on lowering the risk of an economic and social fall of people whose close ones are serving a prison sentence, doing so by utilizing standard social work methods (i.e. counselling, accompaniment, mediating follow-up care institutions, renewing/improving communication with the incarcerated person if needed, etc.).
