Children´s Club Prague

Children´s Club Prague project, reg. no:CZ.03.1.51/0.0/0.0/17_078/0008070 is financed by the European Social Fund via the Operational Programme Employment.

The main goal of the project is serves to support parents who work or are registered at the Labour Office and jobhunting or are studying or requalifying themselves and either lack the option or do not want to have their child stay at a classic after-school care. The project secures free quality care for first school children outside of classes in Prague and therefore allows for an easier harmonization of one´s professional life with caring for a younger preschool-aged child. By operating the children´s club, we expand the offer of childcare services, which are insufficient or financially unavailable for our clients.

For whom is the service intended:

parents of children or people taking care of children in a common household whose children attend first school,
all children regardless, who attend 4^th or 5^th year of primary school in Prague,
groups of disadvantaged children and parents whose children normally do not attend after school care, especially due to the family´s low economic situation.

We offer

the option for 4^th and 5^th year primary school children to attend the Children´s Club,
a meaningful way of spending free time, educate, and integrate,
interesting games and physical activities,
creative group activities, trips,
practicing social skills,
the option of support in case of learning difficulties,
non-residential suburban camps during summer holidays, with an enhanced programme including a series of workshops on a given topic.

The club has a capacity of 15 children. The suburban camp has a capacity of 10 children.

Conditions of acceptance to CK:

a properly filled-out form and Children´s Club service contract,
a confirmation of the supported person´s (the child´s legal representative/parent) status in the job market,
filling in a monitoring list of the supported person.

You will fill out the application, contract on the provision of services, and the monitoring list personally at the Children´s Club with the club´s workers.
