Effectively, Economically, Eruditely

The goal of the project was to standardize the processes within the scope of the social services and social work that we provide, which lead to social integration and achieving more accessible and better services. We were trying to achieve this goal through activities which include surveying the users´ satisfaction with our services, mapping the needs of our employees, the fulfilment of which is indispensable for the provision of accessible and quality services, and examining the methods of the provided services and provided social work utilized by the target group for their work and measuring the effectiveness of this work.
