PR Women Regions – Promoting Not Only the Roma Woman

The PR Women Regions programme, reg. no. CZ.03.1.51/0.0/0.0/16_061/0003411, was financed from the European Social Fund via the Operational Programme Employment.

The main goal of the project was to minimize the multiple barriers obstructing women disadvantaged on the job market from an equal access to the job market/employment (not only in terms of gender equality).

Romodrom o.p.s. implemented the project in cooperation with its partner Slovo 21 z.s. in the city of Stříbro. Within the scope of the project, we supported 12 women in increasing their chances on finding employment. Specifically, in the field of employment and career counselling and legal minimum, motivational activities in the soft skills area, self-experience in the field of financial literacy and the handling of debt issues. The clients also received additional support in babysitting and extra pay.
 

The project was implemented in the city of Stříbro from 1. 3. 2017 to 28. 2. 2019.
