Standard Housing and Socially Excluded People/People at Risk of Social Exclusion

The main goal of the MMR project was especially to increase the quality and efficiency of cooperation with flat owners in our method of connecting our target group (socially excluded people or people at risk of social exclusion) with private flat owners, with the aim of securing standard housing for the aforementioned group of people.

We wanted to focus in particular on reducing the concerns of flat owners about renting flats to users of our social service, and also on expanding the resources which would provide us with access to a greater number of flat owners willing to rent a flat to our target group (e.g. cooperation with real estate agencies and other commercial subjects).

The project was financed by the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic.
