If you use this channel, your identity will remain hidden from us, and we will not be able to contact you, so please provide as many details and information about your complaint as possible so that we can investigate it quickly and effectively.

Who has access to handling complaints

  1. Representative of the quality management department,
  2. Operational director of the organization.


These individuals will process the complaint. The complaint is primarily handled by the quality management department, which may suggest improvements to the process, work, or impose sanctions on the employee, or evaluate the complaint as unjustified. Only trained individuals handle complaints, ensuring anonymity and confidential investigation of the complaint. You will always receive a report on the acceptance of the submission within 3 working days at the latest.

Duration of handling the submission

  1. In the case of a complaint about the quality of services provided: 30 days. Within this period, you will receive a response via email, SMS, or we will post it on the notice board in the office (in the case of anonymous submission) to inform you of the progress made with the submission.
  2. In the case of a report concerning sexually threatening behavior: the first contact with you should take place within 24 hours, with the main priority being to ensure the safety and health of the reporter and/or victim. Subsequently, an investigation process will be initiated within 72 hours.
  3. In the case of a report meeting the criteria of whistleblowing: 30 days, which may be extended by a maximum of 60 days depending on the severity.
