What We Do

We help individuals and entire families in the areas of housing, employment, education, or debt management. Our goal is to improve living conditions and support equal opportunities for all.

Our services
We are a non-profit organization that has been helping people in difficult life situations since 2001. We want everyone to have the opportunity to lead a dignified life. Our employees visit clients at home and help them find work or housing, fill out forms, or arrange meetings with authorities. Sometimes it's about practical help, other times it's about psychological support during tough times. We assist families with children in budget planning, parenting, and children's education. We address debts, help secure stable housing and employment. We support individuals in prison in maintaining relationships with their families and strengthen their ability to successfully reintegrate into society. We offer assistance to foreigners in the Czech Republic and abroad. We operate in 13 regions of the Czech Republic and have completed over 100 projects. Our goal is for individuals to have the chance to improve their lives through our support.

Professional social counseling
We help with housing, work, debts, benefits, and child rearing. We support independence and integration into society.
Field programs
We work directly where the client lives. We offer advice, accompany to authorities or to the doctor, help with forms, budget, job or housing search.
Cross-border assistance for foreigners
Foreigners staying in the Czech Republic, we assist in solving unexpected problems, help them navigate in a foreign environment, and support their mental and emotional stability.
Social rehabilitation
We help people in social exclusion find solutions to their problems. We strengthen independence, abilities, and habits so they can successfully reintegrate into society.
Social acquisition services for families with children
We help families with children in difficult life situations find a path to a better life. We support parents in independence, upbringing, and household care, and help children on their journey towards education.
Field Prison Program
We help people in prison and after release to manage their return to normal life. We support maintaining contact with family, and we also offer assistance to the loved ones of the convicted person. We do not judge anyone.
