Client Protection
At Romodrom, we work with people who are in difficult life situations. We are aware that some of them – especially children – can be very vulnerable and need special protection. Therefore, it is absolutely essential for us to treat each client with respect, consideration, and without any form of abuse.
Our employees adhere to an ethical code that clearly sets out rules of conduct and responsibility when working with clients. This applies primarily to situations where we provide direct care or support. All employees are familiar with and regularly trained on this code.
All our work is based on fundamental human values, principles of democracy, and respect for human rights. We strive to ensure that the people we help feel safe, heard, and can trust us.
