We lend a helping hand to children and their families on the journey towards education. Every student has the right to equal opportunities, regardless of their life situation. We assist children from preschool age and work with their parents. Our focus is on integrating into the regular education system and preventing early school leaving.

Romodrom, along with other NGOs, participated in a meeting with the Children's Ombudsman Martin Beneš. A promising commitment was made to establish an advisory body that would directly connect the Office of the Ombudsman with active young people.

TZ: Children will pay the supplement to the amendment to the Social Benefits Act

The initiative for equality, justice, and human rights held a press briefing today at 10:00 on the proposed amendment to social benefits. The amendment to the law may have a negative impact on socially disadvantaged families, especially children. Pavla Aschermannová from the Rubikon center, Jitka Černá from IQ Roma servis, Jan Černý from People in Need, and Iva Kuchyňková from Caritas Czech Republic spoke at the briefing. The initiative also prepared a press release on the amendment, the wording of which is provided below.
