Children's Club Romodrom Prague

The operation of the children's club was funded by the European Social Fund.

CHILDREN'S CLUB ROMODROM PRAGUE for children of the 1st grade of primary school

We offered the opportunity to attend the Children's Club for children from the 1st grade of primary schools, where children could spend their time meaningfully, educate themselves, and integrate. We offered interesting games, activities, trips, and during the summer holidays, also day camps.

Attendance at the children's club was completely free for the children.

The project aimed to support children of parents who were employed, registered at the labor office and seeking work, supplementing their education, or requalifying, and did not have the option or did not want to place their child in a traditional school club.

Conditions for admission to the Children's Club were:

• properly completed application and contract for the provision of services of the Children's Club,
• confirmation from the primary school that the child is a student of the given school,
• confirmation of the status of the supported person (legal representative of the child/parent) in the labor market,
• completion of the monitoring sheet of the supported person.

WHAT WE PROVIDED:

• meaningful leisure time activities,
• practice of social skills,
• physical and movement activities,
• monthly workshop on a specific topic,
• assistance with educational problems.

The club had a capacity of 15 spots. The capacity of the day camp was 10 spots.

The project was launched in January 2019.
