Children's group Slaný with Montessori elements

Children's group Slaný is located in newly reconstructed spaces at Hemerkov's farm in Slaný. We also have a garden where we spend time with children in the fresh air and teach them to take care of their own vegetables.

What do we offer?

The Slaný children's group provides care for children aged 2-5 years and uses the Montessori method, which guides children towards independence and practical skills. We help children develop abilities, teach them basic hygiene and cultural habits, and prepare them for further education and everyday life.

Operating hours are from 7 am to 3 pm.

Montessori approach:

The Montessori method supports children in independence. Our motto is: "Help me to do it myself." In practice, this means that children:

  • learn everyday skills that they will use in daily life;
  • have the opportunity to independently explore and discover the world;
  • are guided towards responsibility and cooperation.

Who takes care of the children?

Two qualified nannies take care of the children, specializing in the Montessori method. The group consists of a maximum of 12 children, allowing for an individual approach to each child. Our staff continuously educate themselves and bring in new and proven methods.

Friendly group acceptance:

We understand that the first separation from parents can be challenging for young children. Therefore, we ensure that they gradually adapt to the new environment and feel safe and content with us. Each child gets accustomed to the new environment according to their needs and age.

How much does the care cost?

 Parental payment is 3000 CZK (child under 3 years old), 3500 CZK (child over 3 years old). We strive to keep the price as low as possible to make our service accessible to families with lower incomes.
