The aim of the project is to support and motivate over-indebted individuals and individuals at risk of over-indebtedness to enter and persist in debt relief. Furthermore, to weaken the causes of over-indebtedness and negative phenomena that accompany it and lead to the debt trap and exclusion. Place of provision: Ústí nad Labem Duration of the project: May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2028 Who is the project intended for? - Individuals at risk of over-indebtedness - Socially excluded individuals and individuals at risk of social exclusion - Individuals living in socially excluded areas - National minorities What the project offers: The purpose of our counseling is to help find a way out of the debt trap and regain financial stability. What you can specifically expect: - Assistance in resolving difficult debt situations. - We will help you with preparing a proposal for debt relief and submitting it to the court. - We will guide you through the debt relief process. - We will explain the content of an enforcement order or court decision and other official documents to you. - We offer assistance in communication with the enforcement office. - If you are not yet in enforcement, we will also help you communicate with the creditor. - We will provide advice on how to defend yourself in the case of movable property enforcement (seizure of items directly in the household). - We will assist in creating repayment schedules, family and personal budgets.
