Who we are and what we do?

For over 20 years, we have been working with individuals in prison and their families. As part of this service, we offer a unique system of support for the relationship between the incarcerated parent and their child, which goes beyond the usual facilitation of contact in prison. We want the contact between the parent and the child to not only be possible but also regular, safe, and natural.

Who the service is for:
individuals serving a custodial sentence who have minimal or disrupted contact with their children.

How we support clients:

through a multidisciplinary team - we collaborate with social workers and psychologists who provide clients with comprehensive support;
by working with the entire family - in addition to the parent in custody, we also work with the child and their environment (e.g., mother, grandmother, foster parents);
providing free logistics - we organize transportation, accompaniment, and other necessary support for the visit to take place;
collaborating with the prison - we create conditions for the contact to occur as naturally as possible and with consideration for the needs of the child and parent.
