The aim of the project was to standardize processes within the social services and social work we provide, leading to social inclusion and achieving more accessible and higher quality services. We sought to achieve this goal through activities that assessed user satisfaction with our service, mapped the needs of our employees, whose fulfillment was necessary for providing accessible and quality service, and examined the methods of services provided and social work provided, which the target group of the project used in their work and measured the effectiveness of this work.
