Employee Education
The Employee Education project of ROMODROM, o.s. with the participation of the partner company, APPN o.s., was implemented during the period of February 2011 - January 2013 and focused on the development of professional skills and competencies of its employees through a comprehensive and interconnected system of courses.
Project Target Group:
- The target group consists of 25 employees of Romodrom o.s. and 3 employees of APPN o.s.
Project Goals (main, secondary):
- Enhance the language, professional, and communication skills of employees,
- Strengthen the team spirit of the organization's employees,
- Develop the team skills of employees,
- Provide employees with sufficient education in case of job loss or change for easier adaptability to new situations, work environments, etc.
Support Area (courses for employees):
- English language,
- Driver's licenses,
- Media training,
- Computer literacy and multimedia techniques course,
- Sign language and deaf culture,
- Romani language and Roma culture.
Project Financing:
The Employee Education project of Romodrom, o.s. with the participation of the partner company APPN, o.s. was financed by the Operational Program Prague Adaptability.
