The Employee Education project of ROMODROM, o.s. with the participation of the partner company, APPN o.s., was implemented during the period of February 2011 - January 2013 and focused on the development of professional skills and competencies of its employees through a comprehensive and interconnected system of courses.
Project Target Group:
The target group consists of 25 employees of Romodrom o.s. and 3 employees of APPN o.s.
Project Goals (main, secondary):
Enhance the language, professional, and communication skills of employees,
Strengthen the team spirit of the organization's employees,
Develop the team skills of employees,
Provide employees with sufficient education in case of job loss or change for easier adaptability to new situations, work environments, etc.
Support Area (courses for employees):
English language,
Driver's licenses,
Media training,
Computer literacy and multimedia techniques course,
Sign language and deaf culture,
Romani language and Roma culture.
