Employee Education

The Employee Education project of ROMODROM, o.s. with the participation of the partner company, APPN o.s., was implemented during the period of February 2011 - January 2013 and focused on the development of professional skills and competencies of its employees through a comprehensive and interconnected system of courses.


Project Target Group:

  • The target group consists of 25 employees of Romodrom o.s. and 3 employees of APPN o.s.


Project Goals (main, secondary):

  • Enhance the language, professional, and communication skills of employees,
  • Strengthen the team spirit of the organization's employees,
  • Develop the team skills of employees,
  • Provide employees with sufficient education in case of job loss or change for easier adaptability to new situations, work environments, etc.


Support Area (courses for employees):

  • English language,
  • Driver's licenses,
  • Media training,
  • Computer literacy and multimedia techniques course,
  • Sign language and deaf culture,
  • Romani language and Roma culture.


Project Financing:
