Housing First for Ukrainian Refugees

The aim of the project is to provide dignified housing for the most vulnerable refugees from Ukraine fleeing the war. The project focuses on supporting people experiencing housing crisis and helps them not only to obtain housing but also to sustain it in the long term.

Who is the project intended for

  • families and individuals from Ukraine who are utilizing temporary protection status in the Czech Republic;
  • individuals whose temporary protection status has expired but are still legally residing in the Czech Republic.

What the project offers

  • help with solving housing crisis - support in finding and securing stable housing
  • maintaining housing standard - assistance in addressing issues that could lead to housing loss
  • support in other key areas that affect the ability to maintain housing, such as:
  1. employment - assistance in job search and stable income
  2. relationships - support in resolving family and social situations
  3. education - assistance in accessing education for children and adults.
