At Romodrom, we have been helping victims of illegal sterilisation for a long time. They are eligible for compensation under Act No. 297/2021 Coll. This applies to individuals whose fertility was terminated by surgery between 1 July 1966 and 31 March 2012, who were subjected to pressure or manipulation by medical personnel, or who were not provided with the necessary information.
