New beginning: The path to sustainable housing

We help foreigners with temporary protection find rental housing outside of hostels.

Implementation from January 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 in the Pardubice Region.

The project is funded by the European Union under the Asylum, Migration, and Integration Fund operational program and the budget of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic.

About the project:

The project focuses on finding housing for beneficiaries of temporary protection. We help foreigners who have been staying in emergency accommodation facilities for a long time to find standard housing.

The assistance is intended for all those who:
  • are foreigners with temporary protection in the Czech Republic,
  • used free state accommodation before December 31, 2023,
  • live in a hostel.

We help clients address issues related to lack of information and often complex situations in the real estate market. We also assist with initial higher costs (deposit, commission, or first rent) associated with transitioning to private/commercial housing.

We offer:
  • assistance and advice in finding housing,
  • provision of one-time financial support,
  • support with administrative tasks,
  • translation of texts and interpretation in communication with property owners, real estate agencies, and other institutions.

We help find suitable housing that is sustainable for clients and enables them to better integrate into society.

The project "New Beginning: Path to Sustainable Housing" with registration number CZ.12.01.02/00/24_023/0000075 is funded by the AMIF OP and the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic.
