PR Women Regions - Promotion not only Romani women

Project PR_Women Regions reg. no. CZ.03.1.51/0.0/0.0/16_061/0003411 was financed from the European Social Fund through the Operational Program Employment.

The main goal of the project was to minimize multiple barriers that hinder disadvantaged women in the labor market from equal access to the labor market/employment (not only from the perspective of gender equality).

Romodrom o.p.s. implemented the project in cooperation with the partner Slovo 21 z.s. in the town of Stříbro. Within the project, we supported 12 women in improving their chances of employment - specifically in the areas of job and career counseling and legal minimum, in the area of so-called soft skills (motivational activities), and in the area of self-experience (specifically in the area of financial literacy and debt problem solving). Clients also received additional support in the form of childcare and wage subsidies.

The project was implemented in Stříbro from March 1, 2017 to February 28, 2019.
