Who we are and what we do:

We help people who find themselves in difficult life situations, are at risk of poverty, indebtedness, or social exclusion. We offer expert advice and practical assistance in solving various problems. We work both in outpatient settings and in the field - directly in the environment where the user lives.

Our goal is:

Who is the service intended for:

Individuals over 18 years old
People living in socially excluded communities
People who lead a risky lifestyle
Individuals who have committed criminal offenses
Members of ethnic minorities
Individuals serving a sentence
Families of individuals in custody
Individuals at risk of over-indebtedness

What we offer:

The service is registered under § 37 of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services. We offer a wide range of counseling in the following areas:
  • social counseling - individual support tailored to the client's needs, possibility of home visits;
  • housing - support in finding and maintaining housing, financial planning, contracts, and legal assistance;
  • social benefits - advice on non-insurance benefits, dealing with authorities;
  • family and criminal law - support in processing documents, communication with authorities and registry office;
  • employment - counseling in job search, contact with employers, labor law;
  • debt counseling - from debt analysis to personal bankruptcy, budget planning, legal advice;
  • communication with institutions and related services - escort to authorities, contact with experts in health, education, social services;
  • criminal activity - assistance with parole requests, cooperation with the police, support for victims of crimes;
  • insolvency - we are an accredited entity for processing and submitting debt relief proposals.
