Revision and streamlining of services in the social field

The Revision and streamlining of services in the social field project, reg. no. CZ.03.2.63/0.0/0.0/19_098/0015284, was financed by the European Social Fund, through the Operational Program Employment.

The main goal of the project was to increase the quality and sustainability of social services provided by the Romodrom o.p.s. organization. Strong emphasis was placed on the human factor, especially on the needs and requirements of our employees. The project aimed to identify problematic factors and incorporate them into positive changes.

The result was the correct and up-to-date setting of the functioning of individual processes, methods of communication, and work with documentation within the organization.

Who was the project intended for:

• providers and commissioners of social services, social workers, and workers in social services.

Phases and activities of the project:

   1.)     Improvement of established processes in the organization

• consultation, preparation, and implementation of an audit,
• identification of strengths and weaknesses of the organization,
• establishment of improvement recommendations,
• consultation, implementation, and monitoring of changes

   2.)      Simplification and clarification of the reporting process for supported clients

• consultation, development, and implementation of methodology,
• establishment of improvement recommendations,
• employee training,
• verification and consultation on proper records at branches and over the phone,
• evaluation reports, consultations, workshops.

   3.)       Expansion of knowledge and skills of employees in relation to the target group

• certified training of employees,
• set of evaluation questionnaires for employees,
• final evaluation.

The Revision and Streamlining of Services in the Social Sector project was implemented from April 1, 2020, to March 31, 2022.
