Standard housing and socially excluded people / at risk of social exclusion

The project was funded by the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic.

The main goal of the MMR project was primarily to improve and streamline cooperation with apartment owners in our applied method of connecting our target group (socially excluded people or those at risk of social exclusion) with private apartment owners, with the aim of obtaining standard housing for the aforementioned group of people.

We focused mainly on reducing the concerns of owners about renting apartments to users of our social service and also on expanding resources that would give us access to a larger number of owners willing to rent an apartment to our target group (e.g. cooperation with real estate agencies or other commercial entities).
