Project Goal:

The project focused on building community relationships between local residents and refugees from Ukraine in Vojkovice. The aim was to ensure integration and improve the atmosphere in the village, where there is hostility between locals, Ukrainians, and Ukrainian Roma.

The village of Vojkovice was chosen for this project because we had been active here throughout the year 2023 and felt it would be appropriate to support the individual groups of Roma, ethnically Ukrainian refugees from Ukraine, and local residents in getting to know each other, which could help prevent misunderstandings that occasionally arose in the village.

The project thus aimed primarily at improving relationships among the residents of Vojkovice.
