The project aims to enhance the professional qualifications of 20 Romodrom o.p.s. employees through six full-day thematic training sessions, strengthening the quality of housing counseling provided to individuals in socially disadvantaged situations living in socially excluded environments. The counseling aims to transition individuals from socially excluded environments to standard housing arrangements. As part of their professional development, employees will undergo training in six thematic areas: Civil Code, Homelessness Prevention, Housing Guarantees, Housing Assistance, State Social Support and Material Need Benefits, and Housing Support Act. The courses are conducted with either external (e.g., for legislative matters) or internal lecturers, particularly in areas of organizational know-how gained from successful experiences in transitioning individuals from socially excluded environments to standard housing. The project is implemented from January to December 2025 and is funded from the state budget, registration number Z170602000031.
