The aim of the project is to increase the employability of asylum seekers and migrants and support their successful integration into the Czech labor market.
Participants in the project are offered individual support tailored to their needs – from counseling and informational services to language education, retraining, and the opportunity to gain work experience in training positions.
The project also includes assistance with job search and placement. Through comprehensive support, participants can enhance their skills, overcome barriers to labor market entry, and improve their chances of obtaining and retaining employment.
