Project "Building capacity of the organization Romodrom o.p.s." with registration number CZ.03.02.03/00/22_042/0001469 is financed by the European Union through the Operational Program Employment plus.

The project is focused on professionalizing the organization and its employees. It is structured into three key activities and will support at least 35 employees during the implementation period. 1. Process systematization and strategic planning 2. Creation and implementation of an "internal academy," management education 3. Creation and implementation of the FR strategy for the Foreign and Humanitarian Section What are the individual activities about? 1. Process systematization and strategic planning - This activity focuses on the revision and implementation of fundamental organizational documents, monitoring, incorporation of current legislation into these documents and internal organization guidelines, personnel standardization including the creation of competency maps and employee onboarding procedures. - Another task within this activity is to develop the organization's strategic plan at the goal level. 2. Creation and implementation of an "internal academy," management education - The internal academy is a new highly effective tool for internal training of new employees in areas crucial for the organization. - Training materials are created and employees are selected as trainers from among experienced staff. Another activity is the training of the organization's top management with an MBA management course. 3. Creation and implementation of the FR strategy for the Foreign and Humanitarian Section - The activity aims to create a short-term (2 years) and long-term (5 years) fundraising plan for the newly established Foreign and Humanitarian Section. It involves a detailed analysis of potential sources, the development of a response system to them, testing of new fundraising tools, strengthening communication with donors, and donor care.
