Educational programs - Central Bohemian Region - Childcare facilities for preschool children

The main goal of the project was to establish and operate a new childcare facility for preschool children for the branch of the Romodrom civic association in Slaný continuously for 18 months. The facility served exclusively for the attendance of children of the association's employees.

The continuous operation of the childcare facility allowed mothers to place their children in this facility and return to work. In addition to the positive impact on balancing work and family life, the project also had an impact on improving the situation in promoting equal opportunities for women and men in the labor market.
