We help people who have found themselves in social exclusion or are at risk of it. We work directly in the field - where people actually live. We offer them support and assistance in solving everyday problems.

Which branches provide the service

What do we offer?

Our assistance takes place in the natural environment of clients. We provide support in the following areas:

basic counseling - help with understanding and solving problems that worsen the quality of life
accompaniment to institutions - support in dealings with authorities, courts, or other institutions
handling routine matters - assistance with forms, requests, documents, and official correspondence
referral to other professionals - recommendations to authorities, doctors, psychologists, or other services, possibility to arrange a meeting and accompany the client
individual support in a natural environment - working with the client directly where they live
social work and counseling - support for independence and the ability to find one's own solutions
social inclusion - assistance in asserting rights and interests, finding work and housing
financial counseling - assistance with household budget planning and debt prevention
employee counseling - consultation on job opportunities according to the client's abilities
