We offer professional advice to individuals at risk of social exclusion, poverty, or indebtedness. We provide practical assistance in resolving difficult situations, both in the field and at our branches. We support integration into society and the client's independence. We help find work or housing, advise on debts, alimony, or social benefits, on child rearing and education, provide assistance and accompaniment in dealing with authorities or, for example, a doctor. We fully respect the client's needs, wishes, and decisions.

Our goal is:

  • to provide practical support and advice in everyday matters;
  • to contribute to increasing the independence and social inclusion of service users;
  • to enable equal access to information, rights, and services for all who turn to us.

Who is the service intended for:

Individuals over 18 years old who need help in solving difficult life situations.

What we offer:

We provide service users with:
  • assistance with obtaining documents (ID card, birth certificate);
  • advice on finding employment or starting a business;
  • assistance with filling out applications for social benefits;
  • support in finding a doctor and communicating with health insurance;
  • help in finding a school or kindergarten for children.
